Important Shipping Information

Order Processing | Shipping Time | FedEx

  • Orders "ship" within 24-72 hours of ordering. 
  • You will receive your order within 3-7 business days from the day it "ships" depending on your location. 
  • Bags WILL NOT  be left by FedEx under any circumstances
    • Someone over the age of 18 MUST sign for the package(s) 
    • NO EXCEPTIONS
  • We are only able to ship within the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.

Things that delay processing & shipping time

  • Ordering more bags than authorized by the airline
    • Airlines replaces ONE bag for EACH bag that was damaged. 
  • Inputting incorrect incident/claim/damaged bag report number
  • Incomplete address/email address/ phone number
    • All three must be correct for FedEx delivery purposes.

Bag Selection Remorse | Undeliverable Shipments

  • Incorrectly ordered bags are exchanged only "at the passenger's expense" 
  • Airline FedEx accounts are only authorized for the "first/initial" bag shipment.
  • Traveler's Choice bags are measured from the ground up (including wheels), please order the bag most similar to yours or one that suits your travel needs. 
  • FedEx makes three delivery attempts. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, they will leave a note on your door of the FedEx location near your home where you will have 2-3 business days to pick up your package.
  • If you fail to pick up your package within the 2-3 business days, the package is returned to us.
  • Re-shipments are the responsibility of the passenger. 

**PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THE REPLACEMENT BAG UNTIL YOU WILL BE (OR SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 18 WILL BE) ABALIABLE TO SIGN FOR IT. PLEASE USE A SHIP TO ADDRESS WHERE SOMEONE VOER THEAGE OF 18 WILL BE ABLE TO SIGN FOR IT**
