Important Shipping Information
Order Processing | Shipping Time | FedEx
- Orders "ship" within 24-72 hours of ordering.
- You will receive your order within 3-7 business days from the day it "ships" depending on your location.
- Bags WILL NOT be left by FedEx under any circumstances
- Someone over the age of 18 MUST sign for the package(s)
- NO EXCEPTIONS
- We are only able to ship within the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.
Things that delay processing & shipping time
- Ordering more bags than authorized by the airline
- Airlines replaces ONE bag for EACH bag that was damaged.
- Inputting incorrect incident/claim/damaged bag report number
- Incomplete address/email address/ phone number
- All three must be correct for FedEx delivery purposes.
Bag Selection Remorse | Undeliverable Shipments
- Incorrectly ordered bags are exchanged only "at the passenger's expense"
- Airline FedEx accounts are only authorized for the "first/initial" bag shipment.
- Traveler's Choice bags are measured from the ground up (including wheels), please order the bag most similar to yours or one that suits your travel needs.
- FedEx makes three delivery attempts. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, they will leave a note on your door of the FedEx location near your home where you will have 2-3 business days to pick up your package.
- If you fail to pick up your package within the 2-3 business days, the package is returned to us.
- Re-shipments are the responsibility of the passenger.
