Important Shipping Information

Order Processing | Shipping Time | FedEx

  • Orders "ship” within 72 hours of receipt. You will “receive” your order within 2-7 business days from the day it "ships" depending on your location
  • IF YOU REQUIRE A REPLACEMENT BAG SOONER THAN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS, PLEASE CONTACT THE AIRLINE FOR ALTERNATE COMPENSATION!!!!
  • All airlines require someone over the age of 18 sign for the package(s) – Exception: Southwest customers “direct signature” is required (only the recipient can sign for it)
    • All deliveries require a signature (SIGNATURES CANNOT BE WAIVED)
  • We are only able to ship within the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.
    • Exceptions:  Alaska Airlines, Frontier Airlines, Spirit Airlines “only” ship within the Continental U.S.

Things that delay processing & shipping time

  • Ordering more bags than authorized by the airline
    • Airlines replace ONE bag for EACH bag that was damaged. 
  • Inputting incorrect incident/claim/damaged bag report number
  • Incomplete address/email address/ phone number
    • All three must be correct for FedEx delivery purposes.

Bag Selection Remorse | Undeliverable Shipments

  • Incorrectly ordered bags are exchanged only "at the passenger's expense" – Passenger must pay the shipping cost both ways to exchange bags
  • Airline FedEx accounts are only authorized for the "first/initial" bag shipment only
  • Traveler's Choice bags are measured from the ground up (including wheels), please order the bag most similar to yours or one that suits your travel needs. 
  • FedEx makes 1-3 delivery attempt(s) (depending on the FedEx location). If the delivery attempt(s) are unsuccessful, they should leave a note on your door with the address of the FedEx location near your home for 1-3 business days where only the “recipient” can pick up and sign for the package (I.D. will be required)
  • If you fail to pick up your package within the required timeframe allotted by FedEx, the package will be returned to our facility in California
  • Re-shipment costs are the responsibility of the passenger – NO EXCEPTIONS!

**PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THE REPLACEMENT BAG UNTIL THE RECIPIENT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO SIGN UPON DELIVERY.
